股関節検査の血統書への記載について
血統上、父方、母系に1頭だけ肘の評価が“Borderline（グレーゾーン）”の犬がいます。
ただし、父犬を含めそれ以外はすべて正常評価（ED-0）で、全体としては安定した血統です。
「Borderline」というのは、異常（ED-1以上）ではなく、
正常（ED-0）と軽度の間にある“判断が分かれるレベル”です。
実際に症状が出ているわけではなく、
獣医師の読影によって評価が分かれることもある範囲です。
ENSOでは、このような点も含めて血統全体のバランス、
そして実際の運動能力や性質を重視して判断しています。
また、肘の形成不全は単純な遺伝ではなく、環境や成長過程の影響も大きいとされており、ENSOでは実際の動きや体の使い方も含めて問題がないことを確認した上で獣医師と定期的にレントゲン撮影を行いながら確認し繁殖しています。
