Italian Bloodlines
Our breeding program is based on Italian Lagotto Romagnolo bloodlines.
We work with lines known for:
• stable temperament
• strong working ability
• correct breed type
Our goal is not to produce dogs only for appearance, but to preserve the authentic Lagotto Romagnolo as a functional working breed.
We carefully select breeding combinations based on temperament, structure, and pedigree.
The Italian breeding tradition has played an essential role in preserving the true characteristics of the breed.

Pack Structure
At ENSO Garden Kennel, our dogs live not only as individual pets but as members of a stable social group.
Dogs are naturally social animals.
Living in a balanced pack allows them to express natural behaviors, learn communication skills, and develop emotional stability.
In our kennel, the adult dogs form a small and stable group where each dog has its own role within the pack.
Puppies grow up observing and interacting with adult dogs.
Through these interactions they learn:
• communication signals
• social boundaries
• confidence and self-control
This natural social learning is an important foundation for a well-balanced Lagotto Romagnolo.
Of course, humans are the leaders and caretakers of the kennel.
We guide and support the dogs so that the pack remains calm, cooperative, and harmonious.
Our goal is to raise dogs that are mentally stable, socially intelligent, and capable of living comfortably with humans.
Selection Program
At ENSO Garden Kennel, breeding decisions are made carefully and responsibly.
Our goal is not simply to produce puppies, but to contribute to the preservation and improvement of the Lagotto Romagnolo.
When selecting dogs for breeding, we consider several important factors:
Temperament
The Lagotto Romagnolo should have a stable and balanced temperament.
Dogs must be able to remain calm in different environments, think independently, and work cooperatively with humans.
Working Ability
As a historic truffle dog, the Lagotto possesses exceptional scenting ability and strong motivation to work.
We value concentration, curiosity, and problem-solving ability.
Structure
Correct structure is essential for a working dog.
Functional movement, strong bone structure, and balanced proportions allow the dog to move efficiently and work comfortably.
Health
All breeding dogs undergo appropriate health testing to help ensure the long-term health of the breed.
Breeding decisions are made with the goal of producing healthy and well-balanced dogs.
